My name is Evan Flynn and I grew up in South-west Michigan for the majority of my childhood. I went to Michigan State University for undergrad and graduated with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. Someday I'd like to return back to school to get a graduate degree, but to be completely honest I dont know when that will be.

I moved out to California pretty soon after graduating for work, and as a result met my wife just a year after moving. Right now we're trying to be the best parents we can possibly be to our son, with him and our two dogs the center of our universe.

Interests¶

I am a regular golfer and soccer player (we'll see how much longer I can still play). When not playing sports I love to watch them - whether its Izzo in March with MSU Basketball, supporting the USMNT or watching the Buffalo Bills failing at another playoff run (sorry Mom).

I try and stay busy by doing home improvement projects around the house. Gardening and taking care of our fruit trees is also something that I love doing - I swear the fruit tastes better when you grow it yourself. If I need a break from manual labor like that I'll try my hand at home automation things or I'll work on this website.
